Photo license

You keep the photo. You let us show it.

Submitting a spotting means you agree to the points below. This is a permission to display, not a sale of the photograph.

  1. You took it. You are the photographer, and you have the right to share this photo.
  2. You keep the copyright. This is not exclusive. You can still post the photo anywhere else.
  3. You give Azzurro Z permission to display it. The permission is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and covers showing the photo on azzurroz.com and on Azzurro Z social channels, with credit to the name or handle you submit. If you add a link, it may be shown with that credit.
  4. We may prepare the file. That includes resizing, light cropping, removing location data from the file, and blurring faces or license plates so they are not readable.
  5. Your email stays private. It is not printed on the gallery. It is used only if someone needs to ask you about this submission.
  6. Classics only. The car's model year must be 1999 or earlier.
  7. A check runs before anything is public. If the photo, the car, the year, or the privacy blur doesn't pass — or the check errors — the photo waits for a person. It is not published in the meantime. Azzurro Z may also remove a published photo later.
  8. You can ask for it to come down. Use the form on this page. Include the email you submitted and the year, make, and model.
